Brentwood Borough Council would like to thank all the residents and businesses who completed the William Hunter Way consultations which ended this week (Wednesday 5 November).

Although paper copies are still being input, there will be initial analysis of around 5600 consultation responses available at the next meeting of the William Hunter Way Working Group which is being held on Monday 10 November at 7pm in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall. This meeting is also being webcast live for anyone who is unavailable to attend.
Brentwood Borough Council’s Chair of the Asset and Enterprise Committee who also Chairs the William Hunter Way Working Group meetings, Councillor Russell Quirk, said: “This has to be the most successful consultation the Council has ever done and I would like to thank everyone who has taken part to make sure their voice is heard.
I’m proud that our residents and businesses have been involved since the start of this process and that ethos will continue. Our meetings are public where you don’t just sit and watch but you can also be part of it and ask questions. The huge response we have had to this consultation shows that people are interested in the future of William Hunter Way so please come along on Monday night where together we will see the initial results”.
